Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant - Finance & Operations (F&O)

Location: Full remote from Poland; Warszawa, Poland

What you will do

• Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance and Operations stakeholders.
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.
• Lead workshops and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and project documentation.
• Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing, and go-live activities.
• Deliver user training and post-implementation support while collaborating with architects, developers, and project teams.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in English.
• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of finance and operational business processes.
• Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation or rollout projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction, or industrial environments.
