What you will do

• Support the Senior Buyer in building commercially balanced and trend-led product ranges across a portfolio of global womenswear brands.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and emerging brands.
• Analyze trading performance and utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making and deliver departmental KPIs.
• Manage and develop strong relationships with brand partners, supporting joint business plans and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to maximize sales, profitability, and ensure successful product launches.
• Coach and develop Buying Assistants within the team.

Requirements

• Previous buying experience at Senior Assistant Buyer or Assistant Buyer level within a fast-paced fashion retailer.
• Strong understanding of the womenswear branded fashion market, specifically trend-led and occasionwear.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into commercial action.
• Confidence in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong Excel capabilities and experience using buying and trading systems.
• Must be based in or be able to commute to the London office at least 3 days per week.
