What you will do

• Manage the returns process to ensure returned goods are processed in the most profitable manner.
• Grade returned stock to optimize revenue through repackaging or reworking to A/B stock.
• Identify 3PL damages and agree on claims on a weekly basis.
• Collaborate with the Product Care team to identify manufacturing faults and coordinate supplier returns.
• Organize photography and NPD samples, including moving, assembling, and PAT testing.
• Act as the first point of contact for recovery queries and support team members in decision-making.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a warehouse.
• Experience managing full returns processes, including inspection, refurbishment, and resale.
• Knowledge of quality control processes to reduce defects and complaints.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy packages and objects.
• Proficiency in Excel and stock tracking software.
• Experience in managing and motivating teams.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with furniture and homewares.
• Experience of Microsoft Business Central.
• Valid forklift license and manual handling training.
