What you will do
- Manage procurement activities for IT categories including hardware, software, and SaaS.
- Support the Senior Sourcing Manager in building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships.
- Perform vendor and spend data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead or support the RFQ/RFP process for IT and technology requests.
- Optimize commercial and licensing models based on business requirements.
- Negotiate and renegotiate contracts with vendors to drive commercial benefits.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from London
- At least 2 years of experience in IT category management or procurement.
- Understanding of software licensing, IT networks, infrastructure, and equipment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and multitask effectively.
- Process-driven mindset with a collaborative approach.
