Junior Procurement Manager (IT)

Location: Must be based in London (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Manage procurement activities for IT categories including hardware, software, and SaaS.
• Support the Senior Sourcing Manager in building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships.
• Perform vendor and spend data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead or support the RFQ/RFP process for IT and technology requests.
• Optimize commercial and licensing models based on business requirements.
• Negotiate and renegotiate contracts with vendors to drive commercial benefits.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London
• At least 2 years of experience in IT category management or procurement.
• Understanding of software licensing, IT networks, infrastructure, and equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and multitask effectively.
• Process-driven mindset with a collaborative approach.
