What you will do

• Lead A&CP procurement across MEA markets to ensure efficient and cost-effective sourcing.
• Build strategic partnerships with General Managers, CFOs, and Marketing/Sales Directors to align strategies with commercial goals.
• Implement global category strategies while addressing specific local market needs.
• Develop sourcing plans and savings pipelines based on market insights and ROI analysis.
• Manage supplier performance, contract lifecycles, and risk mitigation.
• Support sustainability objectives by tracking supplier EcoVadis and Sedex certifications.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Procurement within an FMCG company, specifically in A&CP.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage budgets and complex data.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within tight timelines.
• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
