What you will do

• Implement and optimize AI-enabled solutions to automate and simplify day-to-day activities across teams.
• Drive the strategic vision and execution of operational initiatives across the hirify.global Channel.
• Design and refine reporting, governance processes, and operational controls to support scalability.
• Coordinate management information, committee materials, and track audit actions to support decision-making.
• Support the preparation and improvement of regulatory processes to ensure accurate and efficient submissions.
• Act as a connector between teams, data, and processes to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom (Home-based)
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate across various levels and functions.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage long-term projects alongside daily BAU tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for delivering both positive and negative messages.
