TL;DR
End User Computing Analyst (IT Support): Providing first-level IT support for hardware and applications for a global automotive intelligence provider with an accent on incident resolution and ticket management. Focus on troubleshooting user equipment, maintaining technical documentation, and collaborating with third-party suppliers.
Location: Onsite in Uxbridge, United Kingdom (required 4-5 days a week)

What you will do
- Provide first-level IT support for hardware and applications to global colleagues.
- Monitor and manage the service desk queue using Jira to ensure timely ticket resolution.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve faulty user equipment and operating system issues.
- Develop and maintain team documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Liaise with third-party software and hardware suppliers to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- Experience working within a service desk or IT support environment.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Active Directory.
- Proficiency with the Office 365 Suite, including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Previous experience with ITSM tools, ideally Jira.
- Basic knowledge of web application management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
