TL;DR

End User Computing Analyst (IT Support): Providing first-level IT support for hardware and applications for a global automotive intelligence provider with an accent on incident resolution and ticket management. Focus on troubleshooting user equipment, maintaining technical documentation, and collaborating with third-party suppliers.

Location: Onsite in Uxbridge, United Kingdom (required 4-5 days a week)

What you will do

  • Provide first-level IT support for hardware and applications to global colleagues.
  • Monitor and manage the service desk queue using Jira to ensure timely ticket resolution.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve faulty user equipment and operating system issues.
  • Develop and maintain team documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Liaise with third-party software and hardware suppliers to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

  • Experience working within a service desk or IT support environment.
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Active Directory.
  • Proficiency with the Office 365 Suite, including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Previous experience with ITSM tools, ideally Jira.
  • Basic knowledge of web application management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of ITIL principles.
