Location: Hybrid from Warszawa / Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office)

What you will do

• Analyze and manage complex data sets to support regulatory reporting and finance initiatives.
• Define and maintain data structures, data lineage, and ETL processes across multiple systems.
• Design end-to-end reporting solutions including data controls, reconciliations, and sign-off procedures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and formalize requirements.
• Develop reporting solutions using Snowflake, Oracle, and various BI tools.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to automate processes and identify innovative use cases.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience in data analysis, regulatory reporting, or finance transformation.
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in Snowflake, Oracle, or MS SQL Server.
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and metadata management.
• Solid understanding of financial instruments, balance sheets, and frameworks like CRR and BCBS 239.
• Experience working in Agile environments and proficiency with JIRA.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Warszawa or Łódź.
