Location: Hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland (requires 3 days per week in the office).

Salary: 19,000 - 22,500 PLN (B2B contract).

What you will do

• Drive the optimization and structuring of multi-market e-commerce reporting dashboards in Data Studio.
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to uncover deep behavioral insights and define KPIs.
• Manage and monitor front-end and back-end database integrations for consistent data governance.
• Implement and refine advanced tracking environments using GA4, BigQuery, and Google Tag Manager.
• Conduct ad-hoc deep-dive analyses on user behavior to deliver business-oriented insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and Data Engineers to map out data portfolios.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in web analytics, data analysis, or e-commerce.
• Expert knowledge of GA4 configuration and analytical ecosystem management.
• Strong experience with Google Tag Manager, custom data layers, and advanced debugging.
• Expert-level knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and KPI definition.
• Strong SQL skills, including handling nested data, transformation, and cleansing.
• Fluent Polish (C1+) and good command of English (B2+).
