What you will do
- Generate B2B leads and convert them into clients using advanced commercial skills.
- Manage and optimize a consistent sales pipeline using data and sales intelligence tools.
- Deliver inspiring presentations about the product and the company's view on online learning.
- Advise potential clients on the best ways to integrate within their organizations.
- Collaborate with the team to exceed sales targets and drive organizational growth.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Native-level fluency in German and an excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Digital mindset with a proactive, innovative, and customer-oriented approach.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
Nice to have
- Established network in HR / L&D within SMEs and larger organizations.
- Experience selling SaaS, IT, education, or online learning products.
