What you will do

  • Generate B2B leads and convert them into clients using advanced commercial skills.
  • Manage and optimize a consistent sales pipeline using data and sales intelligence tools.
  • Deliver inspiring presentations about the product and the company's view on online learning.
  • Advise potential clients on the best ways to integrate hirify.global within their organizations.
  • Collaborate with the team to exceed sales targets and drive organizational growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Native-level fluency in German and an excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Digital mindset with a proactive, innovative, and customer-oriented approach.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Nice to have

  • Established network in HR / L&D within SMEs and larger organizations.
  • Experience selling SaaS, IT, education, or online learning products.
