What you will do

  • Support customer discovery sessions to identify business challenges and AI use cases.
  • Build demonstrations and proof-of-concepts using hirify.global AI capabilities.
  • Configure and test virtual agents, agent assistance, and conversational AI workflows.
  • Develop solutions integrating APIs, business systems, and external data sources.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to refine technical responses and gather feedback.
  • Develop expertise in LLMs, RAG, and prompt design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Data Science, or equivalent.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a technical, software, cloud, or AI-related role.
  • Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, NLP, or generative AI concepts.
  • Foundational programming skills, preferably in Python.
  • Familiarity with APIs, web services, and modern software applications.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI/cloud projects via internships, bootcamps, or personal projects.
  • Knowledge of data structures, databases, and system integrations.
  • Additional language skills.
