Product Sales Executive (Fintech): Driving the adoption of global employment, cross-border compliance, and payroll solutions for SMBs with an accent on consultative selling and B2B SaaS growth. Focus on managing the full sales cycle, solving complex international HR compliance challenges, and expanding the B2B customer base.

Location: Remote from Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, or UK, or hybrid/onsite in Barcelona, Dublin, Krakow, Lisbon, London, or Madrid.

Salary: PLN 9,500 - 14,600 gross monthly (for Poland/Krakow)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-volume pipelines using the existing Revolut Business base.
  • Acquire mid-cap customers in defined verticals through the adoption of B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Communicate value propositions using a consultative, solution-based approach.
  • Solve complex customer challenges regarding international employment compliance, statutory risk, and global HR operations.
  • Analyze customer pain points to provide insights for pipeline conversion and product development.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English.
  • 1+ years of experience managing the full B2B sales cycle (prospecting to closing).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for phone and video calls.
  • Strong commercial instincts and a customer-first mindset.
  • Must be based in Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, or the UK.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of HR tech or B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience selling cross-border HR compliance and global payroll solutions.
  • Familiarity with global hiring models and managing international remote teams.
