What you will do
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to drive revenue and client acquisition.
- Build and optimize the sales organization, including CRM processes and workflows.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor an international sales team.
- Establish and strengthen partnerships with banks, PSPs, and financial institutions.
- Analyze market trends to contribute to product development and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the payments industry with a strong background in acquiring.
- Proven experience launching and scaling sales operations across Europe and the UK.
- In-depth knowledge of the European payments ecosystem.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Russian language proficiency.
- Strong negotiation, business development, and team leadership skills.
