What you will do

• Oversee the recording and reporting of revenues and manage reconciliation functions, including analytics and controls.
• Manage and review operations, quality, and production for a group of professional accounting staff.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to direct reports to meet schedules and resolve technical problems.
• Develop and administer departmental budgets, operational procedures, and staffing forecasts.
• Ensure all accounting operations are performed in compliance with broad policies and professional standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional relationships within accounting, finance, operations, and IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis on Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• 5+ years of previous relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in staff supervision and coaching.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, methods, and ERP systems (e.g., Workday).
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Phoenix, AZ.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
