What you will do

• Execute monthly closing activities, including journal postings and fixed asset accounting.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial record accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, and Compliance departments.
• Support external audit processes and documentation requests.
• Contribute to finance transformation projects, including SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English.
• Higher education in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
• 4-7 years of professional accounting experience, ideally in a regulated US environment.
• Strong proficiency in SAP FI/CO.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and US GAAP accounting principles.
• Ability to work independently and precisely in a collaborative international team.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and P2P systems like Basware or Concur.
• Swiss Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting or Certified Fiduciary.
• Interest in applying AI tools to financial workflows.
