Focus on monitoring regulatory changes, coordinating registration dossiers, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure product compliance.

Location: Yokkaichi, Japan

What you will do

Maintain and update the Japan local compliance table for all products, including safety labels and import regulations.
Coordinate local application registration dossiers and regulatory proof reviews.
Monitor relevant regulatory changes and report their impact on hirify.global products and technical compliance.
Manage local regulatory standards, authority inspection data, and internal SOPs.
Provide regulatory support to R&D, Business Lines, Legal, and account teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 4-9 years of relevant working experience.
Fluent in both Japanese and English.
Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
Must be based in Yokkaichi, Japan.

Nice to have

Project management experience.
