What you will do

• Oversee medical events and engagements with healthcare professionals, including fair market value assessments and tiering management.
• Manage grants, donations, and charitable contributions in line with global policies and local regulations.
• Support transparency disclosures and participate in pharmaceutical compliance working groups and associations.
• Manage medical omnichannel platforms while maintaining compliant engagement, data integrity, and regulatory standards.
• Deliver medical onboarding and quality-document training, including course status and role responsibility management.
• Represent Medical Affairs during global audits, manage quality reports and CAPA plans, and lead medical governance meetings.

Requirements

• Experience in Medical Affairs or a related area within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to quality, compliance, ethical standards, and regulatory adherence.
• Native-level Japanese and working-level English required.
