What you will do

• Assess initiatives requiring IT changes and identify potential risks and dependencies.
• Oversee frameworks to ensure compliance with local regulations, including MAS TRM and PDPA.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Compliance teams on transformation programs.
• Represent the local Technology team to take ownership of tasks and provide strategic input.
• Build and optimize scalable processes to support hyper-growth.
• Lead and execute projects through effective global stakeholder management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in financial services or fintech.
• Solid understanding of risk management frameworks and the three lines of defence.
• Familiarity with Singapore financial regulations including PDPA and MAS TRM.
• Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills.
• Experience partnering with executive teams and delivering results in a global environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience at a leading global consultancy firm.
• Background in scaling technology functions for financial institutions.
• Industry certifications such as CCMP, ITIL, ITSM, or PMP.
• Proficiency in SQL.
