CRM Specialist (Gaming)

Location: Full-time onsite position at the Melbourne office, Australia

What you will do

• Plan and prioritise email and push notification campaign calendars.
• Deliver campaigns from initial brief through quality assurance and send, ensuring accurate, on-brand, error-free communications.
• Write clear English copy and coordinate translations and localisation for Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, and Arabic audiences.
• Brief and manage visual asset production with the Visual Design team.
• Proof copy, translations, links, assets, audience targeting, and campaign setup before launch.
• Run A/B tests, monitor campaign performance, report insights, and maintain scalable campaign records and workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience using CRM or customer engagement software.
• Experience delivering marketing communications from brief through quality assurance and send.
• Strong marketing copywriting, editing, proofreading, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholder requests.
• Experience coordinating with copywriters, translators, designers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Clear, proactive communication and the ability to use data to inform insights and action.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-moving technology company.
• Understanding of email deliverability, marketing consent, and privacy requirements across multiple markets.
• Experience supporting communications for a large international customer or user base.
