What you will do
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as a Scrum Master to ensure effective application of Agile principles and best practices.
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Track sprint progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively drive resolution.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
- Coach team members on Agile mindset and continuous improvement practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Scrum Master, or Project Manager.
- Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and working within Agile delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and SDLC.
- Good written and spoken English for working with international stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
