What you will do

• Build and maintain daily and weekly production schedules for SMT, hand assembly, test, and final assembly.
• Review customer orders and demand signals to create achievable production plans.
• Release and manage work orders within the ERP/MRP system.
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure raw material availability.
• Identify and mitigate material shortages, capacity constraints, and schedule conflicts.
• Monitor work-in-process, line loading, and schedule attainment to improve on-time delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in production planning or scheduling within electronics manufacturing (PCB assembly, SMT, or semiconductor).
• Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, inventory control, and capacity planning.
• Ability to read and interpret bills of material, routings, and demand plans.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills for performance reporting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be based in Sparks, NV as this is an onsite role.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, or engineering.
• Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction) and ECO (Engineering Change Order) processes.
• APICS/ASCM certification such as CPIM.
• Familiarity with high-mix/low-volume or low-mix/high-volume production environments.
