Senior Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Transform research findings and prototypes into production-ready software solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to move innovations into product delivery.
• Develop automated stability and performance testing before product releases.
• Explore and apply agentic programming to relevant tasks and codebases.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and resolve version-control merge conflicts.
• Optimize code for maintainability and scalability, and maintain release notes and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++, Java, and Python.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks, performance testing tools, and version-control systems.
• Knowledge of deep learning, LLMs, ONNX, and related frameworks and optimization.
• Fluent English, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and collaborative working ability.
