What you will do

• Develop and refine merchant pricing strategies across diverse products and markets.
• Build and manage unit economics models to drive profitability analysis.
• Establish and lead the card scheme financials function, including team development.
• Act as the primary liaison with Visa and Mastercard regarding fees and regulatory matters.
• Oversee card scheme financial operations, including reconciliations and fund flows.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal controls and SOPs across financial decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in card scheme financials or fee analysis.
• Deep understanding of card scheme rules, fee structures, and operating models.
• Proven experience working directly with Visa and Mastercard teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build processes and teams from the ground up.
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional compliance within UK and EU EMI frameworks.
• English proficiency required.
