Salary: 3000–4000 EUR gross.

What you will do

• Support the MLRO in maintaining compliance with AML, KYC, and financial crime prevention standards.
• Contribute to risk assessments, policy updates, and the development of internal controls.
• Review high-risk cases, escalations, and suspicious transaction reports (STRs).
• Prepare regulatory reports for the Bank of Lithuania and support internal/external audits.
• Provide AML/CFT guidance to first-line teams and conduct employee training.
• Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency in daily compliance operations.

Requirements

• University degree in law, finance, economics, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in AML, KYC, compliance, or risk management.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and best practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and recommend solutions.
• Integrity, responsibility, and commitment to high ethical standards.
