Salary: $75,000–$90,000.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects from sale through go-live.
• Serve as the primary client-facing lead, managing timelines, expectations, and project artifacts.
• Perform technical implementation tasks including data feed onboarding, SQL analysis, and system configuration.
• Conduct discovery, fit/gap analysis, and solution planning to align product capabilities with client needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
• Develop training materials and support the transition to ongoing client support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management or client-facing implementation, preferably in SaaS or fintech.
• Working proficiency in SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of data management principles including ETL, schemas, and data structures.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment based in Pittsburgh, PA.
• Demonstrated understanding of generative AI tools for implementation efficiency.
