TL;DR

Technical Account Manager (SaaS): Providing strategic technical guidance and white-glove support to enterprise customers with an accent on platform expertise, API integration, and workflow optimization. Focus on driving customer success through technical health reviews, AI use-case implementation, and cross-functional collaboration to influence product roadmaps.

Location: Must be based in the United States and able to work from an assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Salary: $97,000–$120,000 USD

What you will do

  • Provide white-glove service and support to 10-15 assigned strategic accounts.
  • Perform weekly and quarterly technical health reviews and ticket analysis.
  • Act as a primary escalation point for critical technical issues.
  • Partner with customer helpdesk teams to drive training and best practices.
  • Engage customers in AI use cases and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Influence product roadmaps by leveraging deep knowledge of customer environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Technical Support or Account Management role within a SaaS company.
  • Proficiency in SQL, API scripting, and understanding of open APIs.
  • Experience with MDM solutions and authentication protocols (SAML, OAUTH).
  • Strong project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Practical experience with AI or Machine Learning.
  • Must be able to work from an assigned office at least 3 days per week.
