TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States and able to work from an assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week.
Salary: $97,000–$120,000 USD

What you will do
- Provide white-glove service and support to 10-15 assigned strategic accounts.
- Perform weekly and quarterly technical health reviews and ticket analysis.
- Act as a primary escalation point for critical technical issues.
- Partner with customer helpdesk teams to drive training and best practices.
- Engage customers in AI use cases and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Influence product roadmaps by leveraging deep knowledge of customer environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Technical Support or Account Management role within a SaaS company.
- Proficiency in SQL, API scripting, and understanding of open APIs.
- Experience with MDM solutions and authentication protocols (SAML, OAUTH).
- Strong project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Practical experience with AI or Machine Learning.
- Must be able to work from an assigned office at least 3 days per week.
