What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison between Information Security, business units, and third-party vendors to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Champion enterprise security strategy by aligning product vision and roadmaps with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Identify security gaps and improvement opportunities using risk-based reporting to shape the organization's risk posture.
• Establish and track product KPIs and dashboards to ensure transparency in performance and value realization.
• Lead optimization efforts including automation and consolidation to reduce technical debt and improve operational efficiency.
• Deliver executive- and board-level communications to drive alignment across Security, Legal, Risk, and Surveillance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience across multiple information security disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance and compliance frameworks including PCI-DSS, SOX, and Gaming MICS.
• Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise security solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for executive stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desired.
