TL;DR

Senior Partner Solutions Architect (Cybersecurity): Enabling and empowering partners to implement secure software solutions with an accent on technical enablement, integration architecture, and partner ecosystem growth. Focus on building scalable technical content, driving joint go-to-market strategies, and acting as a technical liaison between partners and internal engineering teams.

Location: Must be based in the Eastern Time Zone, United States

Compensation: Up to $195,000 base salary + bonus + equity

What you will do

  • Lead technical enablement programs to equip partners for successful implementation of hirify.global solutions.
  • Collaborate with alliances and channel teams to drive joint strategies and value realization.
  • Develop partner-facing technical content including integration guides and reference architectures.
  • Support post-sales technical engagements, architecture reviews, and complex implementations.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between the partner ecosystem and internal Product/Engineering teams.
  • Identify partner technical competency gaps and design programs to close them.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Eastern Time Zone
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a post-sales technical role.
  • 8+ years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications.
  • Strong experience in Kubernetes and Containers.
  • Experience working within a partner ecosystem (SIs, ISVs, resellers).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
