What you will do

• Lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow Risk and Security Operations implementations, ensuring excellence in delivery quality.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and future-state architectures.
• Facilitate architecture discussions and present technical guidance to non-technical client stakeholders.
• Lead demonstrations, workshops, and educational sessions to help customers realize the value of the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates to apply the latest features to client solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid schedule (3+ days in office/client site).
• 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow solutions architecture, including at least 1 year focused on Risk or Security Operations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Risk and Compliance, VRM, SIR, or VR.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience working in a professional consulting environment.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• CISSP, CISA, or CISM certifications.
• Experience with security tools such as Rapid7, Qualys, Tenable, Splunk, CrowdStrike, or Wiz.
• Experience working within an integrated global practice.
