Salary: $150,000–$175,000 (Base), OTE: $240,000–$260,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute the comprehensive go-to-market strategy to drive new revenue growth.
- Lead and scale the sales and marketing organizations, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Own the full revenue pipeline, ensuring forecasting accuracy and disciplined deal execution.
- Implement scalable sales methodologies, tools, and KPIs to accelerate deal cycles.
- Shape brand messaging, positioning, and integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen market differentiation.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to define value propositions and identify expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial leadership roles.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams.
- Proven track record scaling B2B SaaS, healthcare IT, or ed-tech revenue organizations.
- Strong expertise in pipeline management, performance marketing, and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to operate with executive-level autonomy and represent the company externally.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive-presentation skills.
