What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
- 2+ years in a leadership or management position.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM software and customer success platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
