Salary: $75,000 – $105,000

What you will do

• Perform structural and bridge analysis and detailed engineering calculations.
• Develop structural/bridge plans, specifications, estimates, and supporting documents.
• Conduct conceptual engineering studies and support preliminary and final design efforts.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal project managers, local governments, and UDOT.

Requirements

• 2+ years of civil engineering experience with a focus on bridge design.
• Demonstrated knowledge of concrete and steel design principles.
• Proficiency with Bentley Open Roads Designer (ORD) or MicroStation.
• EIT certification or the ability to pass the FE exam within a reasonable time frame.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite/field in Draper, Utah.

Nice to have

• Experience with Mathcad, Erickson Culvert, BGS, or PGSuper.
• Experience with RISA, LEAP Bridge Suite, or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
