What you will do

• Support the setup and maintenance of workflows across CRM and GTM tools.
• Utilize AI tools like Claude to automate repetitive tasks and summarize data.
• Maintain clean and reliable data across all GTM systems.
• Build and test trigger-based automations, notifications, and reporting.
• Document workflows and proactively propose improvements for inefficient processes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to solve operational pain points.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience or academic background in marketing, sales, or business operations.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to solve problems.
• Clear and confident communication skills for an international team environment.
• Strong organizational discipline and ability to manage multiple parallel tasks.
• Ability to take feedback and apply it quickly for improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with no-code automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or scripting.
• Personal projects involving AI or automation.
