What you will do

• Own the financial and operational performance of a growing multifamily portfolio, including NOI, cash flow, and occupancy.
• Architect and enforce a best-in-class asset management operating system across assets and external partners.
• Lead lender strategy, including agency debt placement, refinancing, and complex loan workouts.
• Drive performance reviews with property management teams to ensure accountability and operational excellence.
• Leverage AI and emerging technology to automate reporting, improve visibility, and increase operating leverage.
• Support capital formation by presenting asset management capabilities to ultra-high-net-worth investors and family offices.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in asset management, structured finance, or multifamily portfolio operations.
• Proven record of placing agency debt and navigating complex lender restructurings.
• Deep fluency in property-level financials, T12 analysis, and real estate financial modeling.
• High proficiency with property management systems like Yardi, RealPage, or Entrata.
• Must be based in the US, with a strong preference for Austin, Texas.
• Mission-driven mindset with a deep commitment to stewardship and investor trust.
