What you will do

• Own the financial and operational performance of a 2,000+ unit multifamily portfolio, scaling toward 30,000+ units.
• Architect and enforce a best-in-class asset management operating system across all assets and external partners.
• Lead lender strategy, including agency debt placement, covenant compliance, and complex loan workouts.
• Drive performance reviews with property management teams to ensure accountability for NOI, occupancy, and expense control.
• Leverage AI and emerging technology to automate reporting, improve operational visibility, and identify financial outliers.
• Represent the firm to ultra-high-net-worth investors and family offices as a front-line closer and fiduciary leader.

Requirements

• 7-12+ years of experience in asset management, structured finance, or multifamily portfolio operations.
• Proven track record of placing agency debt and navigating complex lender negotiations and restructurings.
• Deep fluency in property-level financials, including T12 analysis, rent rolls, and asset-level return optimization.
• Experience overseeing third-party property management firms and scaling systems across growing portfolios.
• High proficiency with property management systems like Yardi, RealPage, or Entrata and AI-driven workflow tools.
• Must be based in the US, with a strong preference for Austin, Texas.
