What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership to execute operational and financial priorities across the US business.
• Lead initiatives to improve process efficiency, productivity, and overall operating performance.
• Deliver management reporting, financial insights, and performance analysis to support decision-making.
• Track key business metrics, identify performance gaps, and drive timely follow-up actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Finance, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, AML, and HR stakeholders.
• Implement scalable processes and consistent operating disciplines to support business growth.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in operations, finance, or business management within professional or financial services.
• Background in the asset management industry, specifically with alternative funds.
• Proven track record in reporting, planning, and cross-functional execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or operations.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work from Radnor, USA in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

• Big 4 experience coupled with a CPA, CMA, or MBA qualification.
• Experience utilizing AI tools, PowerBI, and/or Alteryx.
