What you will do

• Drive cross-functional programs to improve outcomes for users, studio partners, and the business.
• Design and launch beta tests to validate strategic ideas and scale them company-wide.
• Translate high-level business goals into clear, actionable frameworks and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with data scientists, sales, and marketing leaders to align on strategy and deliverables.
• Manage timelines, resources, and trade-offs across multiple strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate decision-making in ambiguous spaces using structured thinking and measurable results.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in management consulting, PE, VC, or strategic planning within a tech company.
• Strong ability to connect high-level strategy to measurable business impact.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and test design.
• Deep understanding of B2B and/or B2C business models.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience working with a rapidly scaling business.
• Familiarity with SQL, Looker, or Tableau.
• Experience in the eCommerce domain.
