What you will do

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements (including SaaS, customer/vendor agreements, amendments, order forms, statements of work, BAAs, and NDAs).
  • Independently lead negotiations within established approval frameworks and resolve contractual issues through contract guidance and practical, business-oriented solutions.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle from intake through execution, amendment, renewal, and ongoing contract maintenance.
  • Review and respond to customer/vendor redlines while balancing commercial objectives with legal, operational, and contractual risk.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and workflow status in Salesforce, Apttus, or other CLM/CRM systems.
  • Drive contracting process improvement initiatives and mentor less experienced contracts professionals; use AI-enabled tools for contract review/drafting/summarization and workflow automation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive contracts management experience, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering commercial agreements.
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating SaaS, software subscription, technology, customer, and vendor agreements.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and CRM/contract platforms such as Salesforce and Apttus.
  • Ability to independently manage a high volume of complex agreements and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills; strong judgment within established policies and approval frameworks.
  • Remote work capability with minimal supervision.

Location: Remote

Salary: $107,000 - $150,000 (bonus eligible)
