What you will do

• Manage commercial structuring and review quotes to ensure accuracy and compliance for assigned regions.
• Partner with sales teams to troubleshoot issues and provide strategic commercial and operational advice.
• Process orders and sales operations tickets in the CRM system maintaining high precision and quality.
• Execute complex deal calculations for new business, expansions, and account run rates.
• Develop CRM reports and dashboards to enhance sales visibility and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to implement and refine quote-to-cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore
• BA/BS degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 7 years of operational and/or commercial experience.
• Proven experience in dynamic software and subscription-based companies.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com and CPQ tools.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to partner effectively with sales teams.

• Language proficiency in Korean and/or Japanese.
