What you will do

• Serve as the marketing owner for the Hot Wheels Showcase App, aligning product, brand, and growth teams.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support feature launches and subscription growth.
• Manage the app marketing calendar, ensuring a consistent cadence of content and engagement opportunities.
• Partner with CRM teams to optimize lifecycle marketing programs, including email and push notifications.
• Analyze campaign performance data to translate insights into actionable optimization plans.
• Collaborate with brand teams to extend app visibility through social, influencer, and live event activations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital, growth, or app marketing (5+ years with an MBA).
• Proven track record of driving growth, engagement, and retention for mobile apps or digital subscription products.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, including acquisition, activation, and conversion optimization.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, creative, analytics, and external partners.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, performance marketing, and mobile measurement platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
