Salary: $231,000–$330,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of the enterprise Identity platform.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap for IAM to align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance the Common Identity platform.
• Provide technical leadership and drive professional development initiatives for team members.
• Navigate between high-level strategy and hands-on execution to solve complex security challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience in application architecture and development using Java.
• Strong knowledge of IAM protocols: SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Expertise in security protocols including PKI and TLS.
• Deep technical knowledge of enterprise Java, OOP, RESTful APIs, and frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
• Expert-level experience with Kubernetes and container infrastructure.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Jose, California, 3 days per week.

• Experience with Java reactive programming.
