What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product vision and strategy, translating a complex civic and AI-driven system into a clear roadmap.
• Lead the development of a 0→1 product experience, including onboarding, participation flows, and deliberation systems.
• Build and scale an AI-native product organization by embedding AI into discovery, design, and delivery workflows.
• Define and implement a robust product measurement framework and data-driven decision systems.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, and external stakeholders in politically sensitive environments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing, product-led organizations.
• Proven track record of leading 0→1 initiatives and scaling products to large user bases.
• Deep familiarity with AI-driven product development and using modern AI tools for prototyping and delivery.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, especially in multi-stakeholder or politically sensitive environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
