What you will do
- Create and manage data analytics project plans for contract deliverables.
- Lead TAP data analytics activities: data collection, modeling, analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain a performance analysis framework and program metrics to measure and improve TAP outcomes.
- Produce monthly and ad hoc performance metrics, data mapping reports, dashboards, and executive-level briefings.
- Run gap/SWOT analyses, synthesize findings, and deliver actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support recurring and short-notice government data calls, ensuring rapid turnaround and same-day acknowledgement during regular duty hours.
Requirements
- Location: US-Remote
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of relevant project management experience.
- 5+ years supporting similar initiatives within the Federal Government (Department of War mentioned).
- Proven experience managing government program data collection, modeling, analysis, and product generation, including executive-level reporting and dashboards.
- Ability to analyze, synthesize, and interpret complex data from multiple sources and translate results into clear recommendations; strong communication skills.
