What you will do

• Oversee technical, cost, and schedule performance for development programs.
• Validate conceptual solutions through trade studies and engineering analyses.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, analysts, and manufacturing engineers.
• Document designs, test results, and analyses in concise reports.
• Mentor and train less experienced project engineers.
• Serve as the main technical point of contact for customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering.
• 5 years of engineering experience.
• 3 years of experience leading technical development projects.
• Must have the ability to obtain a DoD Contractor Security Clearance.
• Must be authorized to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Must be able to work onsite in East Aurora, NY.

Nice to have

• Experience with new product development and lifecycle through production.
• Currently holding a DoD security clearance.
