What you will do

• Maintain and manage the electronic component lifecycle database and address obsolete parts.
• Act as the technical interface between suppliers and internal design engineering teams.
• Establish and maintain a specification system for off-the-shelf electrical parts.
• Participate in design reviews to ensure component standardization and reliability.
• Coordinate failure analysis and corrective activities for component parts.
• Develop guidelines and procedures for vendor selection and supplier change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in component engineering or supply chain.
• U.S. Person status required due to ITAR/EAR compliance.
• Proficiency with Altium Designer.
• Strong knowledge of root cause analysis methods and engineering disciplines.
• Ability to work onsite in Simi Valley, CA.
