What you will do

  • Own end-to-end architecture and global execution of seller enablement programs, translating GTM priorities into capability roadmaps and sequenced learning journeys.
  • Diagnose field performance gaps using Gong and Salesforce data, then convert insights into programs with clear learning objectives, behavior outcomes, and reinforcement plans.
  • Design enablement as field operating systems (playbooks, talk tracks, discovery guides, objection handling frameworks, and manager coaching tools) that show up in real deals.
  • Facilitate high-impact live and virtual sessions for mixed-tenure GTM audiences, creating behavior change through practice, debriefs, and feedback loops.
  • Build manager-first reinforcement motions, including manager previews, coaching guides, reinforcement prompts, accountability mechanisms, and monthly manager enablement kits.
  • Use AI to accelerate content and workflow automation (e.g., first drafts, role-play scenarios, and repeatable enablement workflows) and iterate based on measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, field enablement, revenue training, or a related GTM-facing function in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering blended enablement programs that produce measurable behavior change (not just completion rates).
  • Strong live and virtual facilitation skills for both large and small audiences, with the ability to adjust dynamically and run interactive sessions under pressure.
  • Hands-on experience running manager-first enablement motions, including building toolkits, running reinforcement cadences, and holding managers accountable.
  • Quota-carrying sales or solution consulting experience, with demonstrated ability to design content from a customer-facing lens.
  • Advanced working fluency with AI-assisted content creation and productivity workflows, plus experience using Gong (or equivalent) to identify field gaps and coaching signals.
