What you will do

• Translate the product roadmap into a prioritized team backlog, define user stories, and accept completed work.
• Lead the design and implementation of a facilitator intelligence profile system covering qualifications, utilization, and performance.
• Own the Power BI and Power Platform stack, including data models, paginated reports, governance, and row-level security.
• Drive delivery through Vision, Roadmap, Release, Sprint, and Daily Agile planning levels, collaborating with Scrum Masters and Product Managers.
• Act as a subject matter expert for external partners and mentor junior Product Owners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics engineering, or applied machine learning, including operational tools.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on Power BI experience with DAX, Power Query, performance tuning, and the Power BI REST API.
• Proficiency with Power Platform apps, Power Automate, modern data pipelines, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with normalized and star schemas and cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with scheduling optimization or workforce planning, enterprise LMS, HRIS, or ERP integrations.
• Expertise in Agile or SAFe methodologies and the ability to communicate complex data stories through executive dashboards.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications such as Azure Data Engineer Associate or Power Platform App Maker.
• Experience in training and learning operations or high-stakes field operations.
