What you will do

• Translate product roadmap into prioritized backlog, owning Team Backlog and User Stories aligned with Epics and Features.
• Lead design and implementation of unified facilitator intelligence profile system tracking qualifications, utilization, and performance.
• Own Power BI/Power Platform stack including data models, paginated reports, governance, and row-level security.
• Champion agile delivery via Vision, Roadmap, Release, Sprint, and Daily planning; coordinate PI Planning and Sprint cycles.
• Mentor junior Product Owners and serve as SME for external partners, promoting Agile mindset and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US (E-Verify, standard employment benefits apply)
• 5+ years in Data Science, Analytics Engineering, or Applied ML building operational tools.
• 3–5+ years hands-on Power BI with DAX, Power Query (M), performance tuning, and REST API.
• Proficient in Power Platform (Canvas/Model-driven apps, Power Automate), Python + dbt/Airflow/Prefect, SQL (normalized/star schemas), cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience in scheduling optimization, LMS/HRIS/ERP integrations, training ops or field operations.
• Expertise in Agile/SAFe; Microsoft certifications preferred; ability to communicate data stories to executives.
