What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and broker partners regarding service needs and operational issues.
- Manage diverse brokerage inquiries including account services, trading, transfers, and funding.
- Process operational requests such as order entry, account maintenance, and stock journals.
- Collaborate with internal teams including trading, brokerage operations, sales, and engineering to resolve client issues.
- Provide support for API usage, platform navigation, and workflow troubleshooting.
- Contribute to ad hoc operational projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be based in the APAC region.
- One to two years of experience in the securities industry.
- FINRA Series 7 license or ability to obtain within the first 6 months.
- Understanding of FINRA, Federal, and SEC regulations.
- Basic knowledge of KYC and client onboarding processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
