What you will do

• Lead business analysis and enhancement of complex financial processes within VA systems.
• Analyze upstream and downstream data flows to ensure end-to-end system integrity.
• Elicit, document, and manage business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support functional testing (SIT, UAT) and lead defect triage and remediation planning.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and management reports for audit readiness.
• Advise leadership on process re-engineering and project delivery efficiency using SAFe Agile.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 10 years of relevant experience, including CGI Momentum experience in federal management domains.
• Experience with high-priority, public-facing Federal programs.
• Proficiency in Agile delivery, writing user stories, and backlog prioritization.
• Ability to pass a Moderate Background Investigation (MBI).
• Master's degree in finance, accounting, or computer science (or 18 years of total relevant experience).
