What you will do

• Lead, coach, and grow a regional engineering organization, developing the next layer of technical leaders.
• Own regional P&L, including revenue accountability and margin performance.
• Champion the adoption of AI-forward tools (Claude, Cursor) to increase delivery velocity and expertise.
• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of AI/ML systems from architecture to production deployment.
• Partner with sales and practice leaders to align engineering capacity with business demand.
• Drive engineering standards, security requirements, and quality practices across an AI-augmented SDLC.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall engineering experience.
• At least 3 years in an Engineering Manager or Director capacity leading multi-person teams.
• Deep expertise in agentic development and AI-forward platforms (e.g., Claude, Cursor).
• Proven track record of managing distributed or geographically dispersed teams.
• Consulting mindset with experience in client-facing contexts and stakeholder management.
• Practical skills in designing AI/ML systems and LLM integration on modern cloud platforms.
